Ryan's 27th Birthday and Thankgiving Celebrations!

This year for Ryan's birthday we kept things pretty low key. As a family we baked a chocolate cake with white frosting and purple sprinkles. It was really fun to see how excited Avery was for the whole thing...are there kids out there who wouldn't be excited to eat cake? I didn't think so.

Make a wish Ryan! Happy 27th Birthday! We love you!

This thanksgiving Stacy wanted to make a dessert to take for after dinner. She made a Peach Cobbler! And boy was it YUMMY! She was so proud that it turned out so good for being her first time making it. Doesn't it look delicious?

When we got to the Nelson Parents home Avery had so much fun playing with Audrey (left of Avery) and Savannah (right of Avery). They had the pleasure of sitting together while they ate. Cute kids!!

Here we all are dishing up the awesome food that was prepared! We were all so excited to eat! We definitly came with the appetites needed to stuff ourselves full.

Here us another picture of the good and yummy food.

Here are Holly and Stacy minutes after eating...they still look so happy while feeling so full.

Ryan and Stacy. It's not very often Stacy is the one in the pictures. Usually she is the one taking pictures.

From Left to Right: John Free, Jen Free, Marilee Nelson, Rich Nelson, Audrey Free and Savannah Free. What happy faces!

All the yummy desserts that made our mouths water! They were all so yummy!

So I'm sure you have guessed that the word of the day was "thankful" and at a close second was "yummy." We had such a great time playing games, putting together puzzles and watching a movie. It was exactly what a holiday should be.
Hope everyone reading this had a wonderful thanksgiving as well!
