Nelson Family Fun Fillled Week!

We had a busy week this last week. Ryan's sister Rebecca and her husband Reid and their 6 month old daughter came into town from Colorado Springs. It was great to visit and be with them. Unforutatly I don't have any "worth posting pictures" of Reid or Rebecca. Sorry guys, but I'm sure you will thank me when you find out that all the pics I have of you is while your eating...and pictures like that are never flattering. So! We will just do with a picture of Genna. Keep looking. It's further down! She is so CUTE!

Anyway. Here is our "Fun Filled Week."

Tuesday, June 24th: We went up to South Fork in Provo Canyon and had a family BBQ.

Avery eating Cheetos. "Do I HAVE to smile right now mom? I'm eating!"

Burgers never looked so YUMMY! Way to sell it, Mom and Holly.

Saturday, June 28th: Mom & Dad Nelson, Rebecca & Reid Cluff, and Ryan & Stacy Nelson went and did sealings at the Provo Temple. (Afterward we took some family pics that I will post at a later date.) After the temple we went to Los Hermanos in Provo for dinner. Here are some pictures of us waiting for our table.

Sunday, June 29th: We traveled down to Payson to go to a free concert in the Park. Reid's dad plays in it every sunday. We spread out some blankets, played some games, listened to the band play. It was really nice.
Avery going down the slide all by himself. When I say "all by himself" I mean that it was HIS idea. We didn't need to encourage him at all. He is getting more and more brave with things like this. He is becoming quite the little adventurer.

Avery loved swinging on the swing. It was the first time he wasn't it one of those baby swings...He fell off a couple of times. After a few seconds of consoling he got right back on and wanted more! Way to go!

Ryan and Avery having fun playng on the swing. At one point Ryan got on the swing next to Avery and started swinging really high. One little girl at the park yelled out, "Hey, there is a daddy on the swing!" Too bad I didn't get that picture!

Well, we sure had a great week! Thanks Mom and Dad Nelson for dinner. Thank you Rebecca and Reid for the time we got to spend with you. We miss you already! We are so greatful for our family and that we have them so close by to see so often. We love being with you.
